Send only to people who explicitly agreed to receive email from the brand sending it. Purchased, rented, scraped, or shared lists are prohibited.
Prohibited content
No deceptive subject lines or sender names, phishing, malware, illegal goods or services, or content that harasses or discriminates.
Required elements
Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link and the sending brand's physical postal address. Redefine Reach adds both automatically.
Enforcement
We monitor bounce and complaint rates. Accounts or brands that exceed safe thresholds may be paused while we review them.
