Information we process

Account information you give us (name, email, company). Contact data you upload, which we process on your behalf.

Delivery and engagement events from the email provider, such as deliveries, bounces, complaints, clicks, and estimated opens.

How we use it

To operate the service, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and honor unsubscribe and suppression requests.

Service providers

We use Google Firebase for hosting and data storage, Amazon Web Services (SES) for email delivery, and Stripe for payments.

Retention

Uploaded import files are deleted after 30 days. Raw delivery events are kept for about 90 days; summarized reports are kept for the life of the campaign.

Recipients

If you received an email sent through Redefine Reach, the sender controls your data. Use the unsubscribe link in any message to stop receiving that brand's emails.
