Contacts
Available- CSV import with column mapping and a preview before anything is written
- Email validation and deduplication within the file and against existing contacts
- Lists, tags, and typed custom fields (text, number, date)
- Subscription source, consent time, and current status on every contact
- Re-imports never resubscribe people who unsubscribed, bounced, or complained
- Import reports with a downloadable file of rejected rows
Brands and teams
Available- Multiple brands per company, each with its own sender, reply-to, and postal address
- Owner, admin, editor, and viewer roles
- Limit a teammate to specific brands
- An audit log of team, brand, and contact changes
Templates
Available- Drag in headings, text, images, buttons, dividers, and spacers, including into two or three columns
- Reorder blocks, then preview the email on desktop and mobile
- Each brand keeps its own templates, with a postal address and unsubscribe line on every one
- Send a test of a saved template to the email on your own account
Campaigns
Available- Start from a template or a blank email, then edit that campaign's own copy, including images
- Set a subject, preview text, and the lists for the audience
- Send a test of a saved campaign to the email on your own account. Sending to lists and scheduling are not available yet
Delivery and reporting
In development- Sending through Amazon SES with your own authenticated domain
- Delivery, bounce, complaint, click, and estimated open events for test emails, stored from Amazon SES
- One-click unsubscribe headers and automatic suppression of hard bounces and complaints
