Redefine Reach provides tools to manage contacts and send permission-based email on behalf of the brands you operate.

You must have permission to email every contact you upload, comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws, and follow the Acceptable Use Policy.

You are responsible for the content of your messages and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Plans include limits on contacts, sends, and brands. We do not charge automatic overages; sending pauses at the limit.

Paid access begins only after payment is confirmed by our payment processor.

Recipient mail servers decide whether to accept and where to place messages. We do not guarantee delivery, inbox placement, or the accuracy of open tracking.

We may pause sending for an account or brand to protect recipients or our sending reputation, for example after high bounce or complaint rates.
